Description

The building at 12-14 Kalku Street was built in 1930 by a project of architect Pauls Mandeļštams (1872 – 1941) as a prestigious retail building. After the building was acquired in 2013, Baltic RE Group carried out extensive renovation and repair works of the whole building, making use of high-quality finishing materials, inter alia rebuilt the top floor, implemented the best possible engineering solutions in electric power supply and use, innovative IT solutions, and redesigned the facade with wide shopfront windows.
