Acquired by Baltic RE Group in November 2021, the historical property at 2 Kr. Barona Street was built in 1881 by Latvian architect Jānis Fridrihs Baumanis, one of the most prolific architects of the second half of the 19th century. 

More than 4’000 square-meter six-storey building is located in the centre of Riga, overlooking with its stunning façade both Opera square and Vērmane Garden, and it’s adjacent to the new office building at 25 Raina Boulevard (“The Icon”), recently fully renovated by Baltic RE Group.
